Students commit to our LAMDA Classes termly.

We run a 10-week term with 1-1 tuition for each LAMDA student. You can opt to continue your LAMDA progression following each term or exam.

How our Classes work

Our LAMDA Classes at Mark Jermin are offered on a 1-1 basis… meaning 1 Acting coach to 1 actor. The solo attention per student allows Actors to speed through their exams quickly.

The classes are offered at 30 minutes or 1 hour slots per week (and this can be decided at the time of booking)

It is expected that Student also sets aside time at home or in their own time to work on their pieces. We advise at least 1 – 2 hours per week for at home learning and appreciate parental encouragement for this to allow Actors to speed through exams.

– Our next Term for 2026 runs from week commencing 12th January to 28th March 2026. The following Term runs from week commencing 20th April 2026
– Each student will be entered into a Grading System and work towards their examination within class, choosing appropriate and diverse Acting Pieces to perform for their Exam within that Grade.
– When each individual student is ready and fully prepared as authorised by their MJ LAMDA Tutor, each student will be entered for their exam (at an Examination Centre of each student’s choice / closest to their home address) at the end of the Course and will receive a LAMDA mark and Certificate.
– Whilst the examination fee is not included in the cost of the course (the exam fees differ slightly depending on the Grade / Level) our team can assist with any administration in Exam entry.
