The Mark Jermin Stage School is delighted to have teamed up with Confidence and Wellbeing Coach Helen Swain. These sessions are offered as a duty of care and to ensure the welfare and mental health of our students offering therapy and wellbeing sessions to relieve tension, stress and anxiety. These sessions support you by:

Specialist coaching

Student wellbeing is paramount to us, so we've teamed up with Helen Swain, Child Therapist, who specialises in working with young people in the entertainment industry.

Prepping for every part of the industry

We have a strong duty of care for our students, and sympathise that the Entertainment Industry can be difficult. We'll teach you how to deal with all aspects.

Specific to you

We'll cover a wide range of topics adaptable to each individual. Helen will help with dealing with rejection, coping with long processes, nerves and any other battles you may have.

How it works

Sessions will run with Helen Swain Online via the platform Zoom.

These sessions are currently available every Wednesday evening, with hourly sessions available from 5-9pm.

Sessions are available to book as single sessions (£68) or in groups of 3 where a discount is applied (£184).

Signing up for this course and any other classes

Mark Jermin classes take place both online and in person. Both come with our first class coaching and are lots of fun!
